Jim & Jan

> My most vivid memories with Pops are inside this barn right here at his work bench. You would think the lessons you learn on how to fix something or how to build something would be about just that…. but the lessons I learned inside that barn are ones that would help shape the person I am. Even after loosing Dad (Jim) I would head to Jackson and be greeted with a todo list. What I loved about this list was it was never things Pops could not have done without me. It was a list of things Pops and I could do together. Oh how I would love to spend one more afternoon in the barn with Pops.

> I met Pops summer of `76. We had a lot of girls staying in the cabin, it was full. Pops had never had girls around much. One time Chrissy and I were staying in the guest room (overflow of visitors in the cabin). Chrissy and I were up late and giggling. Pops asked Muzzy “what are they doing in there” and Muzzy said their are just being girls. It was about then Pops started taking about a gun turret it at the bottom of the hill to keep away boys.
This photo is taken about `80. We took a trip from Teton Science School to Shane cabin. We got to the top of the hill and I said I stopped Pops and said “I am not good at this”. He stopped us all and said “ok then let’s have a lesson”. This photo is us at Pops ski school.
It’s a wonderful thing when you have someone who loves you and is a rock in the family.

> He was a kind soul with a smile that could melt any heart, and I'm glad he was my granddad. The things I'm just now learning about him make that all the more true.

Nieces & Nephews

Memories from Bill Jaeger (Nephew)
> Don Brunk has been a spiritual rock for me all of my life. He and Josie brought me to the Lord. As a kid, I would watch my cousins retreat and gather to study His Word. I didn’t really know that then. WHAT a gift, that festered and blossomed! And his children emboldened me more, with their Faith and example.
I loved our camp outs, post hole digging at the Ranch and watching his love+ care for Josie (and all) grow, ‘til the very last day.
What a witness! So blessed
Love, Jack, JoAnne and Christian Jaeger
